Terms of service

By using this website or any Proveniro service you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

Proveniro is in private beta. Access to the operator console is granted to named individuals at approved organisations. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure, for the actions taken under your account, and for notifying us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

You may not use the services to do any of the following.

• Submit media you have no lawful basis to process, or enrol a likeness that is not yours and that you are not authorised to register.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, extract, distil or replicate the AI detection models, or systematically probe them to develop evasion techniques.
• Use verdicts to harass, defame, discriminate against or unlawfully surveil any individual.
• Resell, sublicense or expose the services to third parties except as expressly permitted in a signed agreement.

AI detection is probabilistic and adversarial. Proveniro provides a model signal with a stated confidence and reason codes; it does not provide certainty, and it must not be the sole basis for a decision with serious consequences for an individual. You are responsible for the operating thresholds you choose and for the human review you put behind them.

We publish model performance measured during evaluation on your own traffic. We do not warrant a particular accuracy rate in production, because production traffic changes, generative models improve, and adversaries adapt.

You retain all rights in media and registry data you submit. We process it only to provide the services and as described in the data processing agreement. We do not use it to train or fine-tune any AI model.

Proveniro retains all rights in the services, AI models, software, documentation and brand. Evidence records, grants, agent credentials and exports generated for you are yours to use, retain and share, including after termination.

Evaluation access is provided without charge for a defined scope and period. Paid usage is billed as set out in the applicable order form. Fees exclude taxes unless stated otherwise.

Either party may terminate an evaluation at any time. Signed agreements terminate as set out in their own terms. On termination you may export your evidence records, grants and enrolment data, after which we delete remaining data on the agreed schedule and confirm in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a signed agreement provides otherwise.
